  • Take a walk or go on a nature scavenger hunt. Look for interesting rocks, leaves, and other things in nature. Getting fresh air helps to clear our minds and give us a positive outlook.
  • Get leaves from outside and do a leaf rubbing illustration. Place a leaf under a piece of paper and gently rub a crayon over the top of the paper to see the leaf in print.
